Company constellations have proven to be an efficient and practical tool. In a short time they render substantial information about inherent conflicts concerning corporate positions and functions as well as the overall conditions of a company. Previously obscured problems in such areas as lack of priorities or focus, insufficient customer or target orientation, negative consequences resulting from new recruitment or corporate restructuring, become clear and discernible.

Companies develop inner "structures" which are unapparent and operate indirectly.
